Mobiweb – a Software House & Nearshore from Porto established in 2017, is looking for a Business Manager to drive the commercial growth of Perkzai, our HRTech product.
If you’re commercially driven, hands-on, and eager to make an impact in a fast-growing startup, this might be your perfect challenge.

What you’ll be doing:  

• Proactively manage and develop the sales pipeline
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Present and demonstrate Perkzai’s value proposition to potential clients
• Keep the CRM up to date and contribute to the commercial strategy
• Work closely with the founding team to define and execute key initiatives

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in commercial roles, ideally in SaaS or digital services
• Strong communication, negotiation, and resilience skills
• Results-driven profile with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Fast learner with excellent organisational skills
• Professional level of English
• Native Portuguese language
• You must be based in Portugal
