About the Role:
We are seeking a Freelance Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for digital and tech roles, including Development, QA, Cloud, and Product. This is a fully remote, independent position with total flexibility over working hours, strategy, and location.
Key responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing & Engagement: Research and map the market to identify and approach candidates
- End-to-End Recruitment: Oversee the recruitment process using ATS tools (Teamtailor), ensuring a high-quality candidate experience from start to finish.
- Strategic Partnership: Work closely with technical and operational teams to align hiring needs and present clear, measurable recruitment metrics.
- Data-Driven Approach: Keep records updated and analyze data to enhance recruitment impact and increase earnings.

- Previous experience in Talent Acquisition or IT Recruitment;

Proven track record in filling tech positions (Dev, QA, Cloud, etc.); experience in BPO or Sales is a plus;

Good communication skills in Portuguese and English;

Registered freelancer in Portugal or any EU country;

Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented;
- Strong team spirit and an appreciation for high-performance, energetic work environments.
